Footway Resurfacing – The Blundells

Works to repair and resurface The Blundells footpath, Kenilworth are due to commence on Monday 28th August 2023 and will take approx. 5 days to complete. Working hours are 08.00 – 17.00. There are no weekend works planned.

Warwickshire County Council’s contractor Balfour Beatty will be undertaking these works. To help facilitate them; at affected locations if you are a vehicle owner could you ensure that your vehicle is parked elsewhere away from the footpath and carriageway during working hours. This will allow the contractor access to the site. Please plan for delays.

During the works, and only whilst the Contractor is working, pedestrian barriers will be erected where necessary. This is to protect you from the works. Please do not remove these. If you need access/egress, please ask one of the work force and the barriers will be removed at a safe time.

There will inevitably be some disruption to residents & other road users, but every effort will be made to keep this to a minimum.
