Castle Pass
The Kenilworth Castle Resident’s Pass is available for all residents of Kenilworth Parish aged 16 years and over. The Castle Pass allows free entry into Kenilworth Castle during normal opening hours only. You can now apply for your pass online.
Background to the Scheme
The Castle was given to the people of Kenilworth by the second Lord Kenilworth in 1958. As such, residents have always enjoyed free access to the castle under a variety of schemes. English Heritage took over management in 1984 and are keen that this continues.
Eligibility
Free passes are available for all residents of Kenilworth Parish aged 16 years and over. Children 15 years of age and under are entitled to free entry with an adult pass holder (subject to a maximum of six children per supervising adult).
The Kenilworth Castle Resident’s Pass allows free entry into the Castle during normal opening hours only. The pass also entitles the holder to admission to some English Heritage Events at Kenilworth Castle at a reduced rate. See the English Heritage website for current details.
