Citizens Advice wanted to maintain accessibility and visibility to their much needed advice services for Kenilworth residents by remaining at their established venue in Kenilworth Library, where they deliver services using a paid and experienced case worker, rather than volunteers. Their services remain free, independent and impartial and they would provide advice, information, signposting and referrals as appropriate to each enquiry.

Citizens Advice provide advice and information on a wide range of issues such as benefits, debt, employment, housing etc. The adviser is fully trained to be able to give this level of advice.  In the last year 2022 – 2023 the case worker supported 210 clients from Kenilworth
wards, with 839 issues.

The Town Council awarded a Community Grant of £2,600 to Citizens Advice to enable this much utilised service to continue.
