Additional project funding has been awarded to Warwickshire Wildlife Trust to enable them to further develop the work that was first started in 2021 and has continued during 2022.

Work continued during the 2022/23 and 2023/24 financial years, with some further funding provided by the Environment Agency (EA).

Funding has been provided by the Town Council to develop measures to be delivered during the financial year 24/25. Existing contacts and proposals with landowners can now be actioned. WWT will continue to undertake site assessments for future work across the catchment to identify further potential sites, to estimate project costs and apply for WCC flood work consents.
