Town Council – Coronavirus update 17th March 2020

The Town Council is in contact with the District Council and relevant agencies. Currently, the priority in the town is to ensure that older and vulnerable groups can obtain food and services.

Please phone or drop a note to your neighbours if you know them to be in these groups asking them if they need help in any way, leaving your phone number with them.

If you know them well, and are willing, then please offer the help they need.

If you don’t know them well, would rather not help directly, or they decline offers of help please invite them to contact:

• donate non-perisable food, toiletries etc for Food Banks at Sainsburys, Waitrose and Jubilee House, Tuesdays 1200-1300
