Kenilworth Memory Cafe

Every Wednesday, we come together at The Kenilworth Centre for a cuppa, friendly conversation, activities and support from people who understand.

What is a Memory Café?
It’s a warm, welcoming space where people affected by dementia can spend time together, meet others in similar circumstances and find support locally. There’s no pressure to join in with anything. Come for the whole morning or simply pop in for a cup of tea and a chat.

What happens each week?
Sessions vary from week to week and can include:
– Arts, crafts and creative activities
– Music and sing-alongs
– Games, quizzes and gentle activities
– Tea, coffee, biscuits and plenty of conversation
– Advice and support from our team and visiting local organisations

Who can come along?
Anyone living with memory loss or dementia, as well as family members, friends and carers. You don’t need a diagnosis or referral, and you don’t need to be receiving care from Unique Senior Care.

Do I need to book?
No. Just come along at any point between 10:30am and 12:30pm. You can stay for the whole session or just pop in for a cuppa. There’s no commitment to attend every week.

The new venue is easily accessible, with disabled parking bays directly outside the Centre, accessible facilities within the building and local bus stops just a short walk away.

When: Every Wednesday, 10:30am–12:30pm
Cost: £3 per person, including refreshments. Your first visit is free.
