Alan is a Professor of Visualisation at WMG, University of Warwick. He leads a research group working on both local and international projects, often in collaboration with industry, healthcare professionals, and archaeologists.

He is married to Eva, who works in Kenilworth, and they have three children at secondary school who enjoy many of the family friendly activities and facilities in Kenilworth.

He decided to get involved with the Liberal Democrats as a reaction to the town’s challenges, such as the need to preserve our heritage and green spaces. Alan believes in public participation in decision making processes, making sure to involve those affected by any outcomes.

Alan has been re-elected to the Town Council having previously served since 2 May 2019.
