Kenilworth Town Council is always keen to engage with their residents, and has previously provided an opportunity for them to send in questions in advance of a council meeting.
The Council has now expanded these engagement opportunities on a pilot basis, allowing residents of the town, local community groups, local public bodies and local businesses to make representations, answer questions and give evidence at a meeting, which they are entitled to attend in respect of the business on the agenda, and in line with the following guidance:
We look forward, as a Council, to implementing the above change from the next scheduled Council meeting until the end of 2025. A review of the pilot will take place in early 2026.
