About

St John’s ward contains the most diverse range of houses within the town, and we have a range of schools from nursery, primary and secondary located within a short walking distance for most residents.   There are various convenient stores spread around the housing estates providing for most things you’ll need.   St John’s is also home to one of the newest Railway Stations in Warwickshire.

We have our own green spaces mingled into the residential areas, from St John’s Playing field, Ebourne Close Recreation Ground to the Bates Memorial Park.  Many of our roads are tree lined and, on the edge of our residences, there are public foot paths, which within minutes take you out into the surrounding countryside.  The ward houses allotments at Gypsy Lane alongside Kenilworth Sporting FC, and you will also find Kenilworth Cricket Club a short distance down the road.  In short, if you are looking for a friendly, sociable, caring place to live, raise a family or even retire, look no further than St John’s Ward, it will most certainly have something suitable for you.
